For custom wedding gown designs, please allow up to 6 months. For our standard designs, the production time is generally around 12 weeks. Ricca Sposa gowns, which are custom-made to your measurements, also take approximately 12 weeks to complete.

Due to the nature of the formal wear industry, all orders are considered special orders. We only carry dresses for try-on purposes and order the dress in your size and chosen color. All sales are final for bridal gowns, prom dresses, mother of the bride/groom dresses, bridesmaids, and homecoming dresses. Deposits are non-refundable at the time of purchase. Additionally, dresses that are marked down or off-the-rack are non-refundable.
